Sorry man hectic this side working. Its an app that replaces your htc sense overlay with what your currently using.download it.it will ask to use it as default app.if you look at the screenie i posted earlier in this thread you will see my homepage of my screen.you can customize it to your hearts content. :)

Not a rom an interface that sits on top of your os.
Ok, a ROM is basically a OS but built on a similiar base.
For example Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint etc are all different but they are built around the same kernel. So different ROM's are the same, they are different, but generally built around the same base.
Now in these linux distributions you get different desktop enviroments: Gnome, KDE, Openbox, XFCE etc. These DE sit on top of the OS and provide the user interface (windows, borders, menus) etc.
This is like Launcher in android.
