I would like to know what the max heat (under load) and core volts is for the AMD X2 3800+. I saw too many sites and most of them give dif temps and voltages.
I am busy overclocking again. I can push my cpu to 2.65Ghz @ 1.55V and its running stable @ 47'C.
Basicaly, I would like to know if I should push it further! ?!
I had a look at that. That means I have to take my "Vapochill" !amazed off again and I don't have any more thermal paste... Is there some other way that I can check? What about cpu-z or Everest?

A safe overclock would be to have sufficient cooling, a good knowledge of voltages and the limits of the related hardware. I would say do not overclock the cpu more than 35% to maintain stability and lifespan.
I have an Athlon 64 3200+ Venice running at 1.4V and 2650 core speed with a Zalman cpu cooler. All my voltages are set to normal. My idle temp is at 37C and full load when running Prime95 goes up to 51C
