Looks good... now if only GIF animations supported image colours greater than 256, there wouldn't be any 'speckled' (dithered) look. You could of course create an MNG (the PNG equivalent of an animated image, but it supports the full range of colours). However, most people would only be able to see the first frame (if that) without installing an MNG viewer for their browser.
I think I read something about PNGs becoming animated... maybe check into that ;-)

I removed ff from my pc at work cause I am starting new job in jhb next week....so Im on IE7 - cant use 8 because of company intranet not working properly on it....
So will have a look at it again Monday
